500ml Eco-Lightweight Bordeaux Wine Bottles (385g with 12mm Shallow Punt) for Commercial Wineries & High-Speed Bottling
Automated Bottling Line Safety & Structural Integrity
???? 385g Eco-Payload Efficiency
Cuts 125g per bottle compared to heavy 510g formats. Allows up to 48,000 pcs per 40' HQ container without exceeding US interstate 44,000 lbs (20,000 kg) highway payload limits.
⚙️ CETIE GME 30.06 Corking Compliance
Bore diameter strictly machined to 18.5 mm ± 0.5 mm at 15 mm depth. Completely prevents bottle neck fracturing, cork shaved dust, and vacuum blowback under 4-jaw rotary corkers.
???? 12mm Functional Shallow Punt
Engineered push-up punt provides structural resistance to top-load compression during stacking, provides wine lees settlement, and ensures robotic packaging gripper stability.
