KA42-3000-AOI – Automatic Tape Programming Machine with AOI Vision
The KA42-3000-AOI is an advanced automatic tape programming machine designed for tape in, tape out (reel to reel) mass production. This model integrates AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) technology to deliver exceptional placement accuracy and chip orientation detection.
Equipped with a linear motor on the X-axis, 4 programming stations, and 2 vacuum nozzles, the KA42-3000-AOI achieves a stable output of 2500 UPH. The built‑in camera detects carrier slot position and chip direction, ensuring that every chip is placed correctly before programming – significantly reducing placement errors and improving yield.
The machine supports a wide range of IC packages including QFN, SOP, SSOP, TSSOP, SON, and QFP. It comes with a standard feeder for 12-16mm tape width (optional 8-32mm available) and an automatic hot‑pressing sealing device for tape output.
