This model features 4 programming stations, 2 vacuum nozzles, and a linear motor on the X-axis, delivering 2500 UPH with ±0.03mm placement accuracy. It supports a wide range of IC packages including QFP, QFN, SOP, SSOP, and TSSOP.
The machine works seamlessly with most offline programmers and is ideal for EMS companies, IC solution providers, and SMT lines that handle mixed incoming and outgoing packaging formats.
Electric vs. Pneumatic Socket Drive: The KR42-2500-RA uses an electric actuator to open and close the programming socket. For customers who prefer or already have an air source, we also offer a pneumatic version – same performance, same specifications, only the socket drive differs. Choose based on your facility setup.
