Our 4.0 Inch TFT LCD Display Module is an all-in-one solution designed for embedded systems, DIY projects, and compact electronic devices that require seamless integration and high performance. This module integrates a 4.0 inch TFT LCD screen, a built-in driver board, and optional capacitive touch panel (CTP), eliminating the need for additional components and simplifying the integration process for engineers and developers.
Featuring a resolution of 400x960 pixels, this display module delivers sharp, detailed images with 16.7M colors, ensuring vivid color reproduction and clear text display. It supports RGB+9b_3SPI (rising edge) and RGB+16b_3SPI (falling edge) interfaces, offering flexible compatibility with a wide range of microcontrollers and embedded platforms. The optional CTP touch panel provides precise touch response, making it ideal for devices that require user interaction, such as handheld terminals and smart controllers.
Built with a compact outline dimension of 43.30x102.95x2.52mm, this module is designed to fit into space-constrained devices, while its robust construction ensures long-term reliability. The module operates at a typical voltage of 3.3V, with a backlight voltage of 22.5~27.2V and current of 20mA, balancing performance and power consumption. It is equipped with the ST7701S driver IC, ensuring stable operation and fast data transmission, even in demanding applications. Additionally, the module includes protection against image retention, with recommendations to refresh fixed patterns every 2 minutes or less.
Note1: The LED driving condition is defined for each module.
Note2: When LCM is operated, the stable forward current should be inputted. And forward voltage is for reference only.
Note3: Optical performance should be evaluated at Ta=25℃ When LED is driven at high current, high ambient temperature & humidity condition. The life time of LED will be reduced. Operating life means brightness goes down to 50% initial brightness. Typical operating life time is estimated data.
Note4: The LED driving condition is defined for each LED module.
