Anderson SB series power connectors cover 50A and 120A specifications, rated up to 600V AC/DC. Adopting genderless two-pole structure, both ends can intermate freely, simplifying stocking and assembly. The housing is made of high-strength polycarbonate (PC) with UL94 V-0 flame retardant grade. Color coded & mechanical anti-mismating keys avoid wrong connection between different voltage systems.
Contacts are copper alloy with silver plating, featuring flat wiping contact structure to maintain ultra-low contact resistance during frequent plugging. Built-in stainless steel spring plates provide stable contact force, supporting up to 10,000 mating cycles and safe hot plug operation. Suitable for DC power connection of electric vehicles, storage batteries, AGV forklifts, photovoltaic energy storage, RV and industrial power equipment. Custom cable harness assemblies are available upon request.
