1. Product Overview
The SSM-GVR8 is a medium-to-large capacity vacuum granulating machine in SanSong Melt’s granulation system series, engineered with German granulation technology and imported core components. Equipped with 20KW high-power induction heating and a standard 8kg gold processing capacity, it delivers stable and efficient batch granulation under vacuum inert gas protection, completing one full melting & granulation cycle in only 3–5 minutes.
This model produces smooth, oxide-free spherical granules in 1.8–4mm size with ±1℃ precise temperature control, and includes a built-in vacuum pump as standard configuration. It is an ideal choice for medium-sized jewelry factories, precious metal refineries and electroplating material suppliers with medium-to-high volume production demands. 2. Working Principle
- Load precious metal raw materials into the sealed melting chamber. The system evacuates air and fills high-purity inert gas to fully isolate oxygen and prevent high-temperature oxidation.
- The 20KW high-frequency induction system heats the metal evenly up to 1500℃, with temperature accuracy controlled at ±1℃ to ensure complete melting and uniform alloy composition.
- Fully molten metal flows through precision drip nozzles at the bottom of the crucible, forms evenly sized droplets under gravity and falls into the circulating cooling water tank.
- Droplets rapidly solidify into high-sphericity metal granules. The fully enclosed structure generates no dust, and cooling water is recycled to achieve near-zero wastewater discharge.
- Finished granules are discharged directly from the bottom valve, ready for downstream production and processing.
