Product Advantages
●Flexible Material Selection: The carbon steel model meets high-strength requirements for non-corrosive applications.
●Long Sealing Life: The triple-offset design ensures that the disc and seat come into contact only at the moment of closure. The metal sealing surfaces have a hardness difference of ≥30 HRC, resulting in a 50% improvement in wear resistance and a service life of ≥50,000 cycles.
●Efficient installation and maintenance: Flanged connections eliminate the need for specialized clamping tools used with wafer-type valves; pipeline pressure testing can be performed immediately after tightening the bolts.
●High flow efficiency: When fully open, the flow path is linear, with a flow resistance coefficient ≤0.2.
