TA2 material spontaneously forms a dense oxide film with exceptional self-healing properties; this film is the foundation of its outstanding corrosion resistance. Furthermore, this material makes it suitable for use in a wide range of harsh environments, including highly corrosive chloride ions, acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions, seawater, and sulfur-containing gases.
Product Advantages
●The double-offset design ensures that the sealing surface of the disc and the seat almost instantly disengage during valve opening and closing, significantly reducing wear and making valve operation lighter and smoother. More importantly, it achieves a “tightening as it closes” sealing effect. Due to minimal friction during opening and closing, not only is the operating torque low, but more importantly, it resolves wear issues caused by friction, thereby extending the valve’s service life. Bolt holes on the lugs on both sides of the valve body facilitate positioning and installation.
