HC276 Hastelloy offers exceptional corrosion resistance and is known as the " “universal corrosion-resistant alloy,” capable of withstanding the vast majority of highly corrosive media, including wet chlorine gas, hypochlorites, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid, and various oxidizing and reducing mixed acids, and exhibiting significant resistance to high-concentration chloride salt solutions (such as ferric chloride and cupric chloride). Outstanding Resistance to Localized Corrosion: Its extremely high pitting resistance equivalent number (PREN) enables it to excel in resisting pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC), with performance far surpassing that of conventional austenitic stainless steel.
Product Advantages
●The lug-type connection uses double-headed bolts to connect the flanges on both sides of the pipeline, effectively preventing stress on the valve body caused by bolt compression, thereby better protecting the sealing surfaces and extending seal life. The core advantage of soft-seated valves (typically using PTFE, RPTFE, etc.) lies in their ability to achieve bidirectional zero leakage, making them particularly suitable for applications requiring strict isolation of toxic, hazardous, or high-value media.
