Product Features
The valve body is made of WCB, which offers high tensile strength and yield strength, ensuring reliable structural integrity for the valve at the PN10 pressure rating. WCB offers excellent weldability, facilitating on-site pipe welding or valve repairs. Components in contact with the medium are made of 304 stainless steel. This material contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making it resistant to rust in air or mildly corrosive environments and capable of withstanding the erosion of weak acids, weak alkalis, and other chemicals. The most distinctive feature of this valve is its “combined” material selection: the valve body is made of WCB carbon steel, while all components in contact with the medium.
Product Advantages
●Wafer-type valves are directly clamped between two pipe flanges, offering the shortest axial length among all connection types, making them particularly suitable for applications with limited space.
●The elasticity of the soft sealing material compensates for minor installation misalignments or deformations caused by temperature changes, reducing installation precision requirements. The double-offset design shifts the valve stem and disc away from the center of the valve body and sealing surface.
