Product Features
The valve body is made of WCB material, which is cost-effective and facilitates on-site welding, drilling, or repair, making it suitable for direct welding to carbon steel piping. The valve disc and stem are made of 304 stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance (containing 18% Cr + 8% Ni) against atmospheric exposure, water, weak acids, weak alkalis, and food-grade media. Additionally, 304 stainless steel has moderate mechanical strength, good toughness, and is easy to machine.
Product Advantages
●Even during system startup or at low pressure, the hard seal ensures minimal leakage. Double-offset butterfly valves offer the advantages of long service life and low maintenance, with minimal mechanical wear, making them particularly suitable for frequent on-off operations or regulation. The wafer-type connection requires no additional flange pairing; it can be installed by simply clamping it between two pipe flanges, thereby saving on flanges, bolts, and associated costs.
