Product Features
The valve body is made of WCB cast carbon steel, offering high tensile strength and excellent rigidity. It features superior machinability and weldability, making it suitable for valve seat surfacing and the machining of mounting interfaces for various actuators. The internal components are made of 304 stainless steel, containing 18%–20% chromium and 8%–10.5% nickel, providing excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of media, including oxidizing acids, alkalis, salts, atmospheric conditions, and water.
Product Advantages
●The lug-type connection transfers bolt loads solely through the lugs, significantly reducing the overall valve size and weight. This facilitates transportation, installation, and pipeline layout, making it particularly suitable for confined spaces such as utility tunnels. The soft sealing material provides elastic compensation for temperature fluctuations and minor installation deviations, further enhancing sealing reliability and effectively reducing opening and closing noise. The double-eccentric design reduces the opening and closing torque by approximately 50% compared to center-symmetric valves, making manual operation effortless. It also allows for the selection of smaller-sized actuators, thereby reducing system costs.
