The sealing pair utilizes replaceable non-metallic soft seals that adaptively compensate for microscopic deformations in the sealing surfaces through their elasticity, easily achieving bidirectional zero-leakage sealing—an advantage that hard-seal structures cannot match at comparable costs. The valve body is made of WCB carbon steel, offering high mechanical strength and cost-effectiveness, and can provide decades of stable, long-term service in non-corrosive media applications.
Product Advantages
● The double-offset design allows the disc to wedge into the seat along an eccentric path during closure. The higher the medium pressure, the greater the sealing contact pressure—ensuring zero leakage through structural design rather than chance. The flange face aligns with the pipe flange, and bolts evenly tighten the gasket, eliminating escape pathways at the joint interface. EPDM for water supply, NBR for oil resistance, and PTFE for acid and alkali resistance—seal rings are matched to different media, ensuring zero leakage regardless of the fluid.
