This product overcomes the limitations on valve service life through its “frictionless geometry” and establishes a robust defense against high temperatures and wear through its “alloy hard seal.” It seamlessly combines the ease of installation offered by a wafer-type design with the high performance of a triple-offset configuration, making it the ideal shut-off device for industrial piping systems operating under high-temperature, high-wear, and frequent-operation conditions. It represents the mature technological form of metal hard-seal butterfly valves.
Product Advantages
● Extremely long mechanical service life: Due to the frictionless opening and closing process and the extremely high hardness of the sealing surfaces , the valve’s mechanical service life can reach hundreds of thousands of cycles. The alloy sealing surfaces are resistant to erosion and cavitation, making them particularly suitable for pipeline systems operating under harsh conditions.
● Effortless Operation: The frictionless design results in extremely low manual operating torque. Even for larger-diameter valves, operators can easily open and close them using a handle or worm gearbox, reducing reliance on actuators and lowering labor costs.
● Bidirectional Zero Leakage: The triple-eccentric structure, combined with the precise fit of the metal sealing surfaces, achieves bubble-tight sealing (ANSI Class V/VI) under bidirectional pressure, making it a complete replacement for gate valves and globe valves in shut-off applications.
