Product Features
The valve body, butterfly disc, and other core flow-passing components are all made of 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to uniform corrosion caused by corrosive media such as organic acids, inorganic acids, dilute chloride solutions, and alkaline solutions. The DN100 nominal diameter is highly compatible with mainstream process pipelines, ensuring sufficient flow capacity and allowing direct system integration without the need for reducers or adapters. The valve body is designed to a PN16 pressure rating, enabling it to withstand pressure fluctuations and frequent opening and closing cycles while maintaining structural integrity and consistent sealing performance.
Product Advantages
● Featuring a double-flanged end design, the gasket seal is positioned between flat flanges, and the fastening bolts do not penetrate the valve body. This design ensures excellent installation alignment, enabling reliable integration with pipelines and rapid maintenance.
● The three-dimensional design incorporates double eccentricity combined with angular eccentricity. The disc disengages from the sealing surface the moment it opens and only makes contact and compresses upon closing. The entire 90° rotation cycle is friction-free and scratch-free.
● The metal hard seal is combined with a high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite layer to form a self-compensating sealing pair.
