Featuring a robust WCB carbon steel body capable of withstanding PN16 medium-pressure loads, combined with all-metal hard-seal technology, it delivers zero-leakage, long-term operation that withstands wear and remains durable over time.
Product Advantages
● The valve body and disc are crafted from WCB cast carbon steel, offering a perfect balance of strength and toughness to confidently handle non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as steam, thermal oil, industrial water, oils, and powders.
● Free of rubber and PTFE, the material remains unaffected by softening, cold flow, or carbonization across the temperature range of -29°C to 425°C, with the sealing force locked in place from the factory. The sealing pair features hard alloy surfacing or integral metal lapping, achieving a tight interlock through hard-on-hard contact.
● During double-flange online maintenance, the valve body sealing surface remains intact, significantly reducing downtime and minimizing maintenance costs.
