Precision-forged specifically to meet the demands of tight shut-off in highly corrosive environments involving medium-sized pipes. The valve body is constructed from 316 stainless steel, ensuring resistance to severe corrosion; with a standard DN150 nominal diameter and PN16 pressure rating, it reliably handles medium-pressure media. By integrating all-metal hard-seal technology with a triple-offset design, it achieves absolutely reliable shut-off with zero aging, zero friction, and zero leakage.
Product Advantages
● Featuring a lug-type lightweight design, installation and removal are extremely convenient, allowing for in-service replacement without the need to shut down long sections of piping. With unique compatibility for end-of-line blind flanges, it can be used as an end-of-line valve.
● The valve body and disc are constructed entirely from 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to chloride pitting and uniform corrosion from acids and alkalis, enabling it to handle organic acids, inorganic acids, corrosive industrial water, and chlorine-containing media with ease.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the automatic wedging effect ensures that higher medium pressure results in greater sealing pressure, making the valve seal tighter as it closes. This exponentially extends service life, achieving truly maintenance-free operation.
