With all flow-through components made of 316 stainless steel to resist acid and alkali corrosion, and a PN10 pressure rating that ensures precise compatibility, this valve combines a fully metal hard seal with a triple-eccentric design. Even in low-pressure, corrosive pipelines subject to frequent opening and closing, it delivers outstanding performance characterized by zero leakage, long service life, and low maintenance.
Product Advantages
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. Throughout the 90° rotation, the sealing surfaces experience zero friction and zero scraping.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum provides excellent resistance to pitting and uniform corrosion in corrosive media such as organic acids, inorganic acids, dilute chloride solutions, and saline wastewater.
● Wafer-type connections eliminate the need to purchase matching flanges and gaskets; they can be assembled using only double-ended bolts, reducing installation time by more than 50% and significantly lowering overall project costs.
