Constructed from 316 stainless steel, suitable for corrosive media and clean processes; DN700 standard nominal diameter, meeting high-flow conveyance requirements; PN10 nominal pressure, ensuring stable operation in low-pressure piping systems. Combining an all-metal hard-seal design with a triple-eccentric opening and closing mechanism, it effectively delays component aging and provides long-lasting, reliable fluid shutoff and regulation.
Product Advantages
● Based on three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping across the entire 90° rotation of the sealing surface.
● All flow-passing components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to chloride pitting and uniform corrosion from acids and alkalis, ensuring long-term service in municipal wastewater, industrial circulating water, seawater, and weak acid/alkali media while offering both excellent corrosion resistance and cost-effectiveness.
● The sealing pair achieves pure metal rigid meshing through precision lapping with hard alloy. This eliminates common sealing surface issues such as cold flow collapse, thermal relaxation, and elastic aging at the source, maintaining bidirectional zero leakage even under long-term immersion, minor sediment scouring, and thermal cycling.
