Solves the problem of short valve service life in low-pressure, highly oxidizing, and corrosive environments! TA2 titanium offers corrosion resistance far superior to any type of stainless steel and ensures stable operation at PN10 low pressure. The all-metal hard seal is wear-resistant and erosion-resistant, while the triple-offset design enables effortless, friction-free opening and closing, significantly reducing the frequency of shutdowns for maintenance and substantially lowering overall operating and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● The valve body, flow-through components such as the disc are made entirely of industrial-grade pure titanium (TA2). Leveraging the dense passive film that titanium naturally forms in oxidative environments, it creates a virtually impenetrable corrosion barrier against wet chlorine gas, brine, seawater, dilute nitric acid, acetic acid, and chlorine-containing bleaching media, completely eliminating chloride-induced pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the automatic wedging effect ensures that higher medium pressure results in greater sealing pressure, truly enabling maintenance-free, long-term operation under low-pressure, highly oxidative corrosion conditions.
● Each lug features a threaded hole, allowing bolts to be directly tightened to the valve body; even after the downstream pipeline is removed, the valve remains locked against the upstream medium.
