Product Features

     The corrosion-resistant body is crafted from 316 stainless steel, and the PN10 pressure rating is ideally suited for low-pressure systems. The EPDM rubber soft seal provides excellent sealing performance, while the triple-eccentric design ensures smooth, jam-free operation, offering long-term, stable, and leak-free fluid control for the conveyance of low-pressure and mildly corrosive media.


Product Advantages

  ● The sealing pair consists of an EPDM rubber elastic ring that precisely mates with the disc. EPDM’s outstanding resilience and resistance to compression set ensure a tight seal even under prolonged immersion and frequent operation, delivering bubble-tight, zero-leakage performance in both directions from zero pressure to the full rated pressure differential.
  ● Flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and corrosion from weak acids and alkalis, providing a stable and reliable corrosion barrier for media such as industrial water, softened water, food and beverage, and clean steam condensate.
  ● The double-flange gasket sealing structure features fastening bolts that do not penetrate the valve body. Precise installation alignment effectively distributes pipeline thrust and vibration, ensuring zero flange clearance under low-pressure conditions.
