This valve incorporates intelligent elastic sealing technology for precise shut-off in mildly corrosive media. Featuring a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel body and Class 150 LB low-pressure rating, it combines high-performance soft sealing with a triple-offset design to deliver exceptional control with zero leakage, low torque, and a long service life.
Product Advantages
● The flange bolt cluster forms a closed load-bearing ring, evenly absorbing thermal expansion, water hammer, and self-weight, ensuring the valve seat sealing surface remains flat and free from warping over the long term.
● The wedge-tightening effect of the triple-offset conical design converts medium pressure into sealing assistance, achieving Class VI airtightness in both forward and reverse directions, making it suitable for pump inlets/outlets or bidirectional flow without directional restrictions.
● Soft seals include water-resistant EPDM, oil-resistant NBR, and acid/alkali-resistant PTFE—simply swap the seal ring to accommodate different operating conditions, ensuring zero leakage regardless of the fluid. Elastic cushioning ensures quiet opening and closing, making it naturally suitable for noise-sensitive environments.
