This valve harnesses pneumatic power to enable rapid, automated shut-off in harsh operating conditions. It features a gradient combination of a robust WCB carbon steel body and 304 stainless steel sealing surfaces, with a Class 150LB low-pressure rating. By integrating pneumatic actuation, multi-layer hard seals, and a triple-eccentric design, it achieves millisecond-level shut-off, zero leakage, and long service life through intelligent control.
Product Advantages
● The double-flange gasket sealing structure ensures that fastening bolts do not penetrate the valve body. Precise installation alignment effectively disperses pipeline thrust and mechanical vibrations; during online maintenance, the valve body sealing surfaces remain undamaged, enabling quick and efficient servicing.
● The valve employs a 304 stainless steel and flexible graphite composite sealing pair, combining the rigid support of metal with the micro-compensating elasticity of graphite. The valve is strictly designed to meet the ANSI Class 150LB pressure rating.
● The rigid housing fully absorbs water hammer impacts and thermal cycling, ensuring structural integrity without deformation during high-frequency pneumatic operation.
