Combining a corrosion-resistant stainless steel core with the enduring logic of an all-metal hard seal, and paired with ultra-fast pneumatic response, it creates a high-performance, zero-leakage shut-off hub.
Product Advantages
● The high-performance elastic sealing ring fits precisely against the disc, with its resilience compensating for pressure fluctuations and temperature differences, ensuring bubble-tight, zero-leakage performance across the full pressure differential in both directions.
● The wafer-type connection requires only a single set of through bolts and nuts for the entire circumference, drastically reducing tightening effort. It accommodates wide tolerances in pipeline coaxiality, eliminating the need for precise alignment during on-site installation of large-diameter pipes.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid/alkali corrosion.
