WCB carbon steel is strong, tough, and durable, ensuring safe and reliable performance under Class 300LB medium- and high-pressure conditions. The all-metal hard seal completely eliminates the issue of soft seal failure at high temperatures, significantly extending valve service life and reducing overall operating and maintenance costs.
Product Advantages
● Key components such as the valve body and disc are made of WCB cast carbon steel, combining strength and toughness to provide a robust and reliable pressure-bearing shell for non-corrosive or mildly corrosive medium- and high-pressure media, including steam, thermal oil, hot water, petroleum products, and natural gas.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc instantly disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping along the sealing surface throughout the entire 90° rotation.
● The double-flange gasket sealing structure features fastening bolts that do not penetrate the valve body. Precise installation alignment effectively distributes pipeline thrust and mechanical vibrations.
