The 316 stainless steel offers comprehensive chlorine resistance, while the Class 600LB high-pressure rating ensures safety and reliability. The all-metal hard seal withstands high-temperature aging, and the valve can be shut off immediately without power, providing absolute safety assurance for environments without electricity, such as offshore platforms and remote industrial sites.
Product Advantages
● All flow-passing components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum significantly enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid-alkali corrosion, providing a durable corrosion-resistant barrier in seawater, acidic oil and gas, chemical solvents, and high-salt, high-pressure media.
● The 316 metal sealing surface is combined with a multi-layer composite of high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite. Under high-pressure cycling, there is no cold flow or thermal relaxation, ensuring bidirectional zero leakage from zero pressure to full rated pressure differential, thereby eliminating the persistent issues of internal leakage and elastic aging associated with soft seals.
● Equipped with a worm gear gearbox that significantly amplifies handwheel torque, allowing a single operator to open and close 600-lb high-pressure, large-bore valves with minimal effort.
