Forged from a single piece of WCB carbon steel, it maintains stable pressure resistance across a wide temperature range of -29°C to 425°C; the flow path is made of 304 stainless steel, preventing rust and scale build-up whilst ensuring no secondary contamination of the medium; with a nominal pressure of Class 600LB, it is perfectly suited for high-pressure, high-temperature applications; the all-metal hard seal ensures frictionless operation and zero leakage during opening and closing. With well-balanced overall performance, it offers far better value for money than all-stainless steel solutions.
Product Advantages
● The valve body is constructed from WCB cast carbon steel, combining excellent high-temperature strength, thermal fatigue resistance and toughness to provide a robust pressure-bearing framework; the disc and sealing surfaces are made from 304 austenitic stainless steel, which, thanks to its outstanding resistance to high-temperature oxidation and uniform corrosion, maintains the integrity of the sealing surfaces over the long term in non-corrosive or mildly corrosive media such as high-pressure steam, high-temperature oils and heat transfer fluids.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the automatic wedging effect ensures that the higher the medium pressure, the greater the sealing contact pressure, resulting in a tighter seal as the valve closes, thereby significantly extending the valve’s service life.
● The valve features a 304 metal sealing face combined with a multi-layer composite of high-temperature-resistant flexible graphite, offering both the rigid support of metal and the high-temperature micro-compensating elasticity of graphite.
