316L ultra-low-carbon stainless steel ensures a secure welding barrier, while the all-metal hard seal delivers long-lasting durability. The Class 600LB pressure rating securely contains high-pressure hot streams, and the manual worm gear provides reliable, zero-leakage shutoff without the need for power.
Product Advantages
● Metal-to-metal torque sealing ensures that sealing pressure automatically increases with medium pressure. With minimal high-temperature aging and cold flow deformation, it achieves ANSI Class VI zero-leakage performance and withstands bidirectional pressure without fear of pressure surges.
● All flow-through components, including the valve body and disc, are constructed from 316L ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel. Molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid-alkali corrosion. The ultra-low-carbon design eliminates the risk of intergranular corrosion in the heat-affected zone of welds at the source, delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and weldability in high-temperature sulfur-containing oil and gas, acidic chemical materials, and high-salt media.
● Due to significantly reduced friction and wear on the sealing surfaces during opening and closing, the service life of a triple-offset butterfly valve is 3–5 times that of a standard in-line butterfly valve and more than twice that of gate valves and globe valves. Additionally, the triple-offset structure substantially reduces operating torque, thereby decreasing the load and wear on the actuator and significantly extending the valve’s overall maintenance-free cycle. This makes it particularly suitable for industrial facilities requiring long-term continuous operation.
