Precisely engineered for 150-lb medium-pressure applications, with a universal 6-inch diameter. Provides long-term, stable, and reliable fluid control solutions for medium- and low-pressure chlorine-containing, clean, and mildly corrosive pipelines in industries such as municipal water supply and drainage, seawater desalination, and food and beverage.
Product Advantages
● All flow-passing components, including the flanged valve body and disc, are made of 316 austenitic stainless steel. The addition of molybdenum enhances resistance to chloride pitting and acid-alkali corrosion, while the smooth surface eliminates rust contamination from carbon steel.
● The double-offset design provides the valve with extremely low operating torque, making manual opening and closing smooth and effortless. A single operator can easily control it, ensuring reliable, delay-free operation even in emergency situations.
● The valve is designed in strict compliance with the ANSI Class 150LB pressure rating. The rigid body effectively absorbs pipeline pressure pulsations and thermal expansion stresses, ensuring no structural deformation and long-lasting, reliable sealing even under frequent manual operation.
