Product Features

     Custom-designed for large-diameter, low-pressure thermal systems, this valve is constructed from titanium-stabilized 321 stainless steel, maintaining excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion within the sensitization temperature range of 300–800°C. The DN700 large-bore design meets ultra-high flow demands, while Stellite alloy sealing surfaces ensure wear-free operation over the long term. Remote electric control enables unattended operation, making it the ideal shut-off valve for high-temperature steam, process gas, and flue gas pipelines.


Product Advantages

   ● The sealing pair features a precision-ground 321 metal substrate with a Stellite hard alloy overlay, providing rigid all-metal engagement—free of graphite, rubber, or PTFE. This eliminates internal leakage caused by aging soft seals, ensuring a service life equal to that of the pipeline.
   ● In the event of overpressure, fire alarms, or leaks, the electric actuator instantly delivers full torque to close the valve, providing a reliable final mechanical line of defense for ESD and SIS systems.
   ● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing, ensuring zero friction and zero scraping across the entire 90° rotation.
