Class 150 16-inch manual lug-type double-eccentric soft-seal butterfly valve, featuring a valve body and disc cast as a single piece from 904L super austenitic stainless steel. It incorporates a lug-type single-side quick-installation structure, a double-eccentric low-loss opening/closing mechanism, and a corrosion-resistant elastic soft seal. Deeply customized for medium-pressure, highly corrosive operating conditions, it addresses the three major industry challenges of —“prone to leaks, difficult to repair, and short service life”—across three major industry challenges, achieving long-term zero leakage and minimal maintenance in harsh environments.
Product Advantages
● Utilizing an integrated lug structure design, the valve body features circumferentially distributed lug seats with internal threads. During installation, bolts need only be tightened on one side, eliminating the need for mating nuts that pass through the valve body—distinguishing it from traditional wafer-type structures.
● Its core value lies in the ability to remove the entire valve by loosening bolts on just one side during pipeline maintenance, without disrupting the entire pipeline on the opposite side. This makes it particularly suitable for equipment interfaces, pipeline endpoints, and scenarios with limited access on one side, significantly reducing maintenance difficulty, the risk of medium leakage, and downtime for highly corrosive pipelines.
