Soap Cutting Machine can emboss and cut all kinds of toilet soap and laundry soap with fast and accurate operation. The control system uses world famous brand PLC, touch screen, servo, encoder, and cam system to ensure accurate and reliable machine performance. Soap Production Line Process
Mixer
Equipped with motor and gearbox to fully stir soap flakes with various liquid and solid additives. Provides full and uniform stirring effect, completely dissolving color paste and additives into the soap base to meet different formula requirements.
Three-Roller Mill
Features three horizontally arranged rollers varying in speed. Soap particles squeeze and shear each other on the roller surfaces to achieve optimal grinding effect.
Double Layer Vacuum Plodder Machine
