From Mold Design to Finished Soap – A True Customization Story from a Client in Liberia
The photos show a custom mold we designed from scratch for our Liberian client, along with the finished soap produced using that mold. This project was more than a technical delivery—it was a journey of mutual trust and co‑creation.
Initially, the client only provided a hand‑drawn sketch and their brand logo, hoping the soap could be imprinted with patterns commonly found in their hometown. Our engineers and mold designers engaged in repeated discussions, producing three versions of 3D renderings during the free design phase, and only proceeded to mold making once the client was fully satisfied. After the mold was shipped, our team traveled to Liberia to commission the equipment and produce the very first bar of soap.
Seeing the client personally remove that first bar of soap from the mold—with its crisp pattern and sharp edges—and the smile on his face as he said, "This is exactly what I wanted," made all our efforts worthwhile. Each bar of soap not only carries his brand dream but also reflects our dedication and partnership.
These soaps are now on sale in the local market. The client later sent a thank‑you letter saying, "Every time I see the design on the soap, I'm reminded of your team's professionalism and warmth."
