The Sigma Blade Mixer is suitable for producing various soap products, including laundry soap, transparent soap, and specialty soaps. This equipment ensures thorough mixing of raw materials, fine soap granules, and uniform integration of additives, auxiliaries, and fragrances.
Standard operating procedures are as follows:
Add 100 kg of soap granules to the mixer;
Start the mixer;
Add other additives sequentially, adding fragrances last;
Mix for 5–10 minutes until the materials are completely and evenly mixed;
Slowly open the discharge port to unload the material onto the conveyor belt;
Adjust the discharge speed according to grinding and conveying requirements.
This mixing process ensures thorough and uniform mixing of soap granules and additives. Color pastes and additives are completely dissolved in the soap mixture, thus guaranteeing consistent product quality.
