Product Description
The machine follows the principle of pulse spark erosion machining. It uses tubular copper or brass electrodes as the cutting tool, with high-frequency pulse voltage generated between the electrode and the grounded conductive workpiece. Continuous tiny electric sparks are produced in the insulating dielectric fluid, and the instantaneous high temperature generated by spark discharge melts and vaporizes the local metal material to achieve non-contact material removal and hole forming.
Equipped with a three-axis CNC linkage system, the equipment can precisely control the horizontal displacement of the X and Y axes and the vertical feed of the Z axis simultaneously. Operators can input precise coordinate programs to realize automatic positioning and batch drilling of multiple holes. During operation, the circulating dielectric fluid cools the processing area, flushes away molten metal slag, and stabilizes discharge status. The whole machining process produces no mechanical cutting force, effectively avoiding workpiece deformation, tool breakage and burr defects caused by traditional mechanical drilling.
