The middle wire control system is a new generation of CNC products independently developed by our factory based on current market conditions. It is mainly composed of a high-frequency power supply and a stepper (servo motor optional) motor drive power supply. It adopts digital integrated circuits and high-power VMOS tubes, which have the characteristics of stable performance, easy operation and high processing efficiency.
The operation buttons are concentrated in the computer software, and the processing parameters are clear at a glance. The parameters of the control panel are more intuitive and easy to adjust. The line is simplified, the output waveform is improved, and the cutting efficiency is higher. The electrode wire loss is smaller, achieving the purpose of cutting ultra-thick workpieces more stably.
Added the automatic saving function of parameter modification, with automatic memory function after parameter modification, and the parameters are saved unchanged in the case of power-down. The reliability of the system has been greatly improved, and it is currently one of the most intelligent products in the wire cutting high-frequency power supply produced in China. Concise IO monitoring function facilitates real-time reading of relevant machine tool working conditions.
