It utilizes electrode materials such as copper, graphite, and copper-tungsten alloy, and can perform electric discharge processing on various high-hardness metal materials including carbon steel, tool steel, alloy steel, quenched steel, and cemented carbide. The machine adopts an integrated machine-electricity-liquid design with compact structure, attractive appearance, and small footprint.
The machine is primarily composed of bed, workbench, carriage, column, spindle head, working fluid tank, fuel tank, and electrical operation cabinet. The host's high rigidity design, non-structural components, and use of high-precision imported key components ensure that geometric accuracy, motion accuracy, and machining accuracy meet domestic standards for similar products.

- Advanced processing circuits - Super finishing PIKA circuit for mirror processing, PICKDEN circuit for carbide processing, precision micro-processing circuit down to 0.1A. Real-time arc-clearing circuit monitors the gap and automatically clears short circuits.
- Intelligent automation - Expert database covers copper/steel, graphite/steel, aluminum alloys, carbide, and more. Input material, area, and target finish, the system auto-calculates parameters and completes the full cycle from roughing to finishing.
