This precision CNC machined multi-axis manifold body is engineered for demanding optical instrument and photonic system applications requiring exceptional structural integrity, precise fluid or pneumatic routing, and long-term dimensional stability.
Manufactured from Aluminum Alloy 6061, the material provides an outstanding combination of lightweight rigidity, excellent machinability, and inherent corrosion resistance — ideal for complex optical mounting and fluid management components in precision instrumentation.
Design & Geometry
The component's sophisticated geometry integrates:
- Stepped central boss with precision-bored top aperture
- Circular flange base with symmetrically arranged threaded mounting holes
