The core adopts 5052 aluminum alloy heat dissipation belt and 3003 aluminum alloy heat dissipation tube, with a wave spacing of 2.5mm and high-density design. The heat dissipation area is ≥ 28 ㎡, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved by 30%.
The water chamber is made of PA66 reinforced nylon, which is resistant to high temperature and aging. It is suitable for wide temperature conditions from -40 ℃ to 120 ℃.
High frequency brazing process, dense and pressure resistant welds, working pressure ≤ 0.15MPa, burst pressure ≥ 0.45MPa, more reliable leakage prevention.
