This advanced equipment is designed for handling disordered PET bottles with automated sorting and orientation capabilities.
Equipment Overview
The fully automatic bottle sorter machine integrates machine vision, industrial robots, and automated conveying technology for rapid identification, sorting, and oriented arrangement of bottles of various materials, shapes, and sizes.
Randomly scattered bottles are fed by an elevator into the bottle storage ring, where they are automatically positioned within bottle compartments by turntable thrust. Through bottle-turning and bottle-pushing mechanisms, bottles are arranged to stand upright with openings facing upward and discharged via air-conveyor system to the next process.
This equipment replaces traditional manual sorting, enabling round-the-clock unmanned operation, and is widely used in food and beverages, personal care, condiments, fruit juices, and milk industries.
Constructed with high-quality stainless steel main body and non-toxic, durable components. Electrical and pneumatic systems incorporate select imported components, with entire operation controlled by PLC programming for low failure rate and high reliability.
Operating Process
- Bottles are manually loaded into elevator buckets
- Elevator transports bottles to sorting chamber of bottle sorter
- Bottles enter sorting chamber for sorting - inverted bottles are righted by bottle-turning mechanism
- Properly oriented bottles pass directly through mechanism
- Sorted bottles discharge from outlet to air duct or conveyor
