12000BPH Automatic PET Bottle Unscrambler with 304 Stainless Steel and PLC Control System for Beverage Production
This machine is designed for automatic sorting of randomly arranged polyester bottles. During production, scattered bottles are conveyed to the storage area where they are gradually guided into individual compartments and automatically positioned by the continuous rotation of the turntable. As rotation continues, bottles pass through alignment mechanisms that uniformly arrange them in an upright position with openings facing upward.
The main frame is constructed entirely of high-quality stainless steel. Key components in contact with bottles are made of specialized non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials that are corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and long-lasting, meeting clean production requirements for food and personal care industries. The system employs a PLC control system ensuring low failure rates and strong stability during continuous operation.
