Fully automatic bottle sorting machines are widely used in the food, beverage, condiment, juice, and dairy industries, and can be customized to accommodate specific bottle shapes based on customer requirements.

Operators simply pour loose bottles into the lifting hopper, and the elevator automatically conveys the bottles into the sorting chamber. Inside the chamber, the bottles undergo high-speed centrifugal sorting, multi-stage belt conveying, bottle flipping by grippers, and belt clamping and positioning, resulting in upright, sorted bottles at the output.

The standard configuration of the accompanying automatic lifting hopper is square, with a width of 1.2 meters, and can hold approximately 500 350-ml bottles per load; both the machine and the hopper dimensions can be customized according to the customer's on-site conditions and bottle shape requirements.
