10" Non-Magnetic Johnson Type Water Well Screen For Drilling Wells
Johnson Type Water Well Screen Introduce:
Johnson Type Water Well Screens are received by simultaneously winding a spiral of profiled working wire and welding them to support wires, which are arranged along the axis of the cylindrical construction.
This technology allows to provide welded profile wire screens for applications where high precision of the screen together with high strength is required.
Material: mainly stainless steel, Non-magnetic stainless steel, Low carbon galvanized,or other materials required by customers.
Application environment: it is suitable for gravel filling sand control in most Wells such as vertical Wells, inclined Wells and directional Wells.
Connection type: Bevel welded rings or male/female threaded connection.
Johnson Type Water Well Screen Characteristics:
1. Johnson Type Water Well Screen is firm, good porosity, slot size is accurate. Suitable for fine sand and silty sand formation in Wells.
2. The opening area of the wedge wire filter pipe is large, the filtration open area is 60%.
3. Wedge structure design effectively prevent screen clogging and easy backwash.
4. The larger filtration area makes it easier for groundwater to penetrate into the well, so as to obtain abundant water, reduce the depth of water level and reduce energy consumption.
5. The larger filtration area can relatively reduce the pressure of water infiltration, can avoid sand in the larger pressure into the well pipe, thus reducing the friction between sand and equipment, reduce wear, improve the service life of equipment.
6. In the same length, diameter and gap conditions are small, the flow of wedge-shaped wire filter pipe is 3 times that of bridge filter pipe, is 9 times that of slit filter pipe.
7. Customers can choose between 0.1mm-10mm screen slot size, to meet different construction conditions.
