The product adopts continuous resistance welding technology. The screen diameter can be from 30mm to 1270mm, and the gap can be as small as 0.02-0.06mm
Customers can choose different filter gaps and diameters according to different filter media and particle sizes of medium. Screen wire is made of quality stainless steel (205,304,316,316l, etc.) or carbon steel wedge wire (trapezoid wire, v-shaped wire). Support bar is also made of wedge wire or circular wire.
Moreover, the customer can choose the welding method of the screen according to the filtering direction (external or internal filtering) : positive or reverse winding, pointed out or pointed in.
