Applications of Johnson screen nozzle
Wedge wire nozzles are effective in a wide range of water treatment and other industrial applications for filtering and screening. Such as, under drain media retention elements, flow distributors in demineralizers, water softeners in pressure and gravity sand filters.
Except for filtering and screening applications, wedge wire nozzles have other applications. Just install several nozzles uniformly to be used as collectors at the bottom of the vessels.

Characteristic:
The water screen nozzle is welded with Johnson well screen, thread pipe and steel panel through special welding process. The Johnson well screen is the profile wedge wire screen ,the wire and the support rod is V shape , so the screen filter surface outside is smaller than inside, so that the screen nozzle is not easy to jam. The thread pipe is made by international standard.1 “,1 1/4 “, 2 1/4 “ and so on.
