18650 battery insulation paper, also known as an insulator fish paper, is a heat-resistant, adhesive-backed sticker used in DIY battery building. Placed over the positive (or negative) terminal, it prevents the battery's metal casing from short-circuiting against a spot-welded nickel strip or adjacent battery housings.
