BHE204L Model Two-Stage Compression High-Precision Machining Air End for Industrial Compressors
Baosi BHE204L is a heavy-duty two-stage oil-injected screw airend, engineered for high-power industrial air compressors. Featuring upgraded rotor profile and optimized two-stage compression design, it delivers large air displacement and outstanding overall efficiency.
With multiple gear ratio options, it adapts to wide exhaust pressure ranges for diverse industrial working conditions. Adopting low-speed direct drive structure and refined oil circuit layout, it realizes lower noise, lower vibration and remarkable energy-saving performance.
Equipped with high-precision machining rotors, anti-corrosion surface coating and reinforced sealing system, it effectively reduces internal leakage and oil leakage. Rugged and durable, it supports 24-hour continuous heavy-load operation. Compact and reasonably structured, it is easy to install and maintain, serving as an ideal core component for large industrial compressed air systems.
