RAD220II-19/19(22/16) is a heavy-duty two-stage plus mobile diesel screw air compressor equipped with switchable dual operating modes. Mode I provides 19 m³/min airflow under 1.9 MPa working pressure, and Mode II delivers 22 m³/min at 1.6 MPa, perfectly satisfying variable pressure and flow requirements for high-pressure rock drilling, quarry blasting, water well exploitation and tunnel construction.
Powered by a robust Yuchai diesel engine with rated power 162kW (220HP), the unit supports adjustable rated speed of 1800–2000 rpm and idle speed at 1350rpm. Adopting advanced two-stage+ compression technology, it ensures high efficiency and stable air output under dusty, high-temperature harsh field operating conditions.
It is available in two-wheel or four-wheel traveling design for flexible towing relocation. Overall dimension: 2750×1680×2280 mm, total weight 2950kg. Multiple air outlets G1'' & G2'' allow several pneumatic tools to operate simultaneously. The 180L fuel tank supports long-hour continuous operation.
