50Hz Cast Resin Transformers Dyn11 10kV 20kV Epoxy Resin Dry Type Transformer
The SCB-10 series three-phase epoxy resin cast dry-type transformer is a new generation of energy-saving distribution equipment that complies with IEC60076 and GB/T10228-2008 standards. It covers rated voltage levels of 10kV/20kV/35kV, and is mainly used for efficient conversion from 10kV high voltage to 400V low voltage distribution.
It can be directly installed at the load center, greatly reducing power loss and operation & maintenance costs in power transmission and distribution links. It is an ideal replacement for oil-immersed transformers, widely applicable to urban network renovation, high-rise buildings, airports, stations, ports, power plants, substations and other scenarios, especially suitable for special environments with strict fire prevention requirements for flammable and explosive materials.
Made of imported high-quality cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheets with 45° full-oblique joint step lamination process, and the surface is sealed with epoxy resin encapsulation. This not only reduces the influence of magnetic leakage and optimizes magnetic circuit distribution, but also effectively reduces no-load loss and no-load current, realizing low-noise operation.
The core column is bound with Class F non-woven tape and fixed with yoke pull plate, which has strong mechanical stability and further controls operating noise.
- High-Voltage Winding: Adopts segmented layered structure to reduce interlayer voltage. It is vacuum cast with filled epoxy resin, embedded with DMD epoxy prepreg between layers, and reinforced with glass fiber grid cloth, which greatly reduces partial discharge, improves electrical performance and short-circuit resistance, and ensures no cracking of the coil during long-term operation.
- Low-Voltage Winding: Foil-wound structure with reserved axial cooling ducts to enhance heat dissipation efficiency. DMD epoxy prepreg is also used between layers, and the end is sealed with epoxy resin, integrally cured and molded, taking into account both conductivity efficiency and structural strength.
- The enclosure protection level can be selected as IP20/IP23, and the material supports customization of cold-rolled steel plate and stainless steel plate to meet the protection requirements of different installation environments.
- The enclosure is built-in with temperature control display and load recorder for intuitive monitoring of operating status.
- The cooling system adopts cross-flow side-blown fan, featuring low noise and high wind pressure, which enhances the overload capacity of the transformer.
- It supports dual modes of natural air cooling and forced air cooling, and can operate at 120% rated load under forced air cooling condition with excellent expansion performance.
The winding adopts high-power high-quality thickened copper busbar, with strong conductivity and high temperature resistance, suitable for long-term high-load operation. The insulating material selects Class F heat-resistant epoxy resin, combined with glass fiber reinforced structure, achieving multiple protections of flame retardant, moisture-proof and anti-pollution.
