This series of products covers a rated power range of 75kVA to 5500kVA, with a maximum input voltage of up to 34.5kV, perfectly adapting to mainstream North American power distribution systems. Adopting a fully sealed oil-immersed structure and outdoor special cabinet design, it can be directly installed on outdoor ground foundations without additional power distribution rooms, greatly reducing infrastructure costs. High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Iron Core System
Made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a multi-stage step-lapped full-oblique joint lamination process, it significantly reduces magnetic resistance, effectively lowering no-load loss and no-load current, fully complying with DOE energy efficiency standards and delivering remarkable energy-saving effects. The iron core is treated with vacuum impregnation and overall sealing reinforcement, featuring high mechanical strength, low operating noise and strong short-circuit resistance, suitable for all-weather outdoor working conditions and ensuring long-term operational stability.
High-Reliability Winding Design
- High-Voltage Winding: Adopts a multi-layer cylindrical structure, wound with high-purity oxygen-free copper wire. The interlayer insulation uses high-strength insulating paper, treated with a vacuum impregnation process, ensuring excellent insulation performance, strong resistance to lightning impulse and short circuit, adapting to various complex power grid environments.

- Adopts Dead Front design, with all live parts completely enclosed, no exposed live parts on the operation surface, equipped with anti-theft locks and anti-misoperation structure, preventing electricity theft and misoperation, ensuring operation and public safety.
- Fully sealed oil-immersed structure, with environmentally friendly mineral oil (optional vegetable insulating oil) as the insulating cooling medium, completely isolating air and moisture, preventing oil deterioration and insulation aging, realizing maintenance-free operation under normal conditions and eliminating the risk of oil leakage.

- Equipped with standard accessories such as pressure relief valves, oil level gauges, thermometers, off-circuit tap changers, high-voltage fuses and low-voltage circuit breakers to comprehensively ensure the safe operation of the transformer.
